My name is Nina Stawski.
I design and build software that makes complex systems easier to understand and use. I’m a software engineer and technical lead at Splunk, part of Cisco, working on AI-assisted observability and incident management.
My background spans software engineering, UX, psychology, and media. I like understanding how people work, then making the tools they use better.
Previously, I led work on conversational AI at SAP, built data-platform interfaces at Altiscale, and developed laboratory automation software at Lawrence Berkeley Lab. This site is a collection of my work and things I’ve made for fun.
