BayCHI Hiring Dots
At a BayCHI meeting, I noticed that people looking for a job and people looking to hire had no easy way to recognize one another during the social break.
I came up with Hiring Dots: simple stickers to start a conversation. I designed the badges, pitched the idea, and helped introduce them at the meetings.
The design used a small, visible signal to make a social interaction easier. These are the original signs and stickers from the project.
